Race day

6:00 - 7:00am Late Packet pickup / Body Marking
6:00 - 7:30am Transition Open. Body Marking, Wrist Band, and Visible Race Number required for entry into transition area.
7:31am Transition Closes
7:45am Mandatory all athlete meeting poolside. Athletes line up at poolside numerically by Olympic racers followed by sprint racers.
7:46 - 8:00am Opening remarks, updates, Q&A.
8:00am First Olympic swimmer off. Next swimmers follow at 15sec intervals. 10min gap after Olympic swim before sprint racers begin.

|
Crafton Athletic Center parking- east side (a short walk from athlete parking).
Transition access ONLY WITH RACE WRISTBAND.

Feed
|
After race feed with a breathtakingly beautiful vista of the Missouri farm lands far below. Athletes eat FREE WITH WRISTBAND. Food available for purchase for guests while it lasts.

SWIM (400 meters)
|

SWIM START BY RACE NUMBER. Serpentine swim, (down-back-under lane rope); Individual, in-water start with 10 sec. intervals. Transition from pool, over indoor, carpeted track to T1.

BIKE (28K/40K)
|
An exhilarating, picturesque, and challenging rural course on blacktops with a number of tricky, technical decents and turns, and a few short climbs. See map links above.

RUN (5K/10K))
|
A shaded run on blacktop through a nature preserve, past historic structures, and culminating at Principia’s peaceful Chapel Green overlooking the majestic Mississippi river basin and the expansive Missouri farmlands.
