Junior Year 2014-2015
Kara joins us from McKendree University where she played her freshmen and sophomore year.  She brings with her a maturity and a competitive edge to the Panthers.  Kara is a very hard worker and makes everyone around her better.  She has high expectations for herself and helps others reach their goals.  Watch for Kara to be a force inside the paint and in the mid-range this season!

Fun Facts: 
When did you start playing this sport and why? 
I started playing when I was around five years old. I admired my older brother's basketball talent and wanted to play just like him.
 
What do love the most about playing this sport?
I love the physicality in the game of basketball. I just feel mightier and stronger when I battle against my opponent for a tough rebound. I love the grit and tenacity when two teams compete against each other.
