Sam Douglas scored a career high 32 points, 23 of them were in the first half. He also pulled down 10 rebounds.
The Panthers went into halftime with a 42-23 lead shooting 65% from the field and 60% from beyond the arc. STLCOP was held to 29% shooting in the first half. STLCOP came out much tougher in the second half shooting better than 50% while the Panthers cooled off to 40%. The Eutectics of STLCOP were lead by Luke O'Brien and Jonas Parker who scored 18 and 17 points.
Prin's
Todd Zimmerman was the only other Panther in double figures. He added 11 points and 7 assists. Prin only committed 11 turnovers and won the rebounding war 41-31.
The Panthers head to Jacksonville, IL tomorrow night to face one of the hottest teams in their conference (SLIAC), MacMurray College who is in second place at 7-3. Prin only lost by 8 points in their last match up with MacMurray but were up 15-3 to start the game. Tip off is at 8pm. Prin is now 5-13, 2-7 in the SLIAC.
